This will be achieved by consolidating regional firms in a structure that creates a major incentive with management that fosters continued growth. It will
incorporate the appropriate systems and management infrastructure that smaller firms can’t capitalize on - due to limited investments – thus creating margin
expansion. Automated judication of claims linked to client developed websites for employee claim origination would be a good example. Principals sell us
their firm, yet retain the ability to operate the company in an entrepreneurial environment and share in the economic upside.
